For many, life can become jam packed with experiences, challenges, change, healing, and growth edges. So much can happen in a day let alone a year, part of the intention behind creating this ongoing series is to support us in slowing down, in listening to the undercurrent of any experience, to hear our essence when it calls to us, and curate a life of ceremony in every waking moment.
This is for you if you're desiring an intimate relationship with life, one deeply steeped in reverence and presence, and where everything is a beautiful opportunity to be in connection with more of life, more of yourself.
Life as ceremony is a way of being with life, of seeing every opportunity as medicine, and is here to aid us in bridging the gap between reality and ritual.
Leaving us feeling more connected, in awe, and in alignment with our essence.

My life has always guided me to honor the initiations in life, whether big or small. The moments that can bring about a depth of wisdom, harmony, and humanity. To reawaken us to the ritual that living is and be a reminder of the power Life as Ceremony holds.
My mission is to support the everyday ceremony, in remembering that everything we do is a prayer and every connection we hold is medicine.
